Hi, this is the website that is created by Group 3, 3S2 for our Integrated Curriculum project.
The members of Group 3 are Aseera Shamin , Shermaine Kho, Lynnette Yeo , Elizabeth Wong Min Hui and Pearl Phoo Myet Che. In this website, we will include the brief research on Anaemia, Workout Plan, a guide to some of the exercises in the workout plan, the diet plan and some interesting print advertisements that are related to Anaemia. This website is dedicated to help Anaemia patients, especially insert target audience, by providing a tailored diet plan and work out plan with clear instructions. With determination, Group 3 believes that we can overcome Anaemia. We hope that you would give the plans a try as they are short termed plans ( 7 days to a month) and improvements should be able to suffice after go through the plans.

Most prostate cancers are adenocarcinomas, cancers that arise in glandular cells of the prostate’s epithelial tissue.
